Pricing and plans
ChillOps has two plans: Starter for small shops and Business for teams that expect to scale without a per-user pricing curve.
Starter — $79 / month
- Up to 5 users (office staff and technicians combined).
- Full workflow: dispatch, equipment passport, refrigerant records, invoicing.
- Stripe Checkout for customer payments.
- No trial — month-to-month billing.
Business — $199 / month
- Unlimited users.
- All Starter capabilities, no feature gating on core workflow.
- 14-day free trial.
- Founder-led onboarding for early customers.
Billing and cancellation
Billing is handled by Stripe. You can change payment method, download invoices, and cancel from the Settings → Billing tab. Cancellation stops future renewals at the end of the current period — no pro-rata refund.
Which plan fits
If the shop has up to 5 users and needs the full workflow today, Starter is the right plan. If the shop expects to grow past 5 users or wants to pilot with a trial, Business is the right plan.
