Effective April 10, 2026. These terms apply to your use of ChillOps, HVAC service-management software operated by ChillOps, Inc..
ChillOps is HVAC service-management software for dispatch, equipment history, refrigerant compliance, invoicing, and customer follow-up. These terms govern your access to the application at getchillops.com.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the business, technician, customer, equipment, and job information entered into your account. You may not use the service to violate laws, interfere with the platform, or access another customer's data.
Starter is billed at $79/mo for teams with up to 5 users. Business is billed at $199/mo for unlimited users and may begin with a 14-day trial. Unless you cancel before the Business trial ends, billing begins automatically on the saved payment method. Starter does not include a trial period.
You can cancel your subscription from the billing settings or by emailing support@getchillops.com. Cancellation stops future renewals at the end of the current billing period. Support requests and legal notices should also be sent to support@getchillops.com.
ChillOps, Inc. may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or create risk for the platform or other customers. To the maximum extent allowed by law, the service is provided on an as-is basis and ChillOps, Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
