ChillOps
Effective April 10, 2026. This policy describes how ChillOps, Inc. collects, uses, and protects information when you use ChillOps.
We collect account data such as names, email addresses, passwords, organization settings, and billing details. We also store usage data, equipment records, job history, invoices, communication logs, and refrigerant/compliance records you enter into ChillOps.
We use your data to operate the platform, authenticate users, process subscriptions, deliver communications, generate invoices, maintain audit history, and improve product reliability and support.
We use Supabase for authentication and core data storage, Stripe for subscription billing, Resend for email delivery, Twilio for SMS messaging, and Sentry for error monitoring and service diagnostics.
We retain account and operational records for as long as your subscription is active and for a reasonable period afterward to satisfy legal, accounting, and dispute-resolution obligations. You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your account data where applicable by law.
